Subaru HID BROKE DOWN???

hello. i have installed 1 year ago Subaru HID H7 9000K HID kit in my car. it looks the same like in this picture

(i'm from Lithuania, Europe). Some days ago my Hid bulbs started to flicker, and just went off. now they don't turn on. the lights have fused. if i put in a new fuse, the bulb (only one) goes on, and after few seconds its fused again... can you tell me where could be the problem? what can i do?

today i changed the bulbs to standart ones and notices (before changing) that when i put a new fuse in, and turn on the lights (HID). it seems that the ballast is buzzing...

Hi there

I checked for you already. you were buying from others and I can't provide you the warrranty. You can switch the ballast and bulbs to see which one is wrong first and then decide your next move.
